Welcome to Navbharat. These Terms and Conditions govern membership, participation in programs, event attendance, and use of our services. By registering with or participating in Navbharat activities, you agree to the following terms.


1. About Navbharat

Navbharat is a sociocultural organization based in Bahrain dedicated to promoting Indian culture, heritage, and values through cultural programs, festivals, yoga education, and community initiatives.


2. Membership

  • Membership is open to individuals and families who support the vision and mission of Navbharat.

  • Members must provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Navbharat reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate membership if conduct is found to be inappropriate or against organizational values.

  • Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


3. Participation in Programs

Navbharat conducts cultural, educational, and yoga programs including:

  • Yoga and meditation sessions

  • Gurukul and scriptural learning

  • Arts and cultural training

  • Festival celebrations and community events

By enrolling:

  • Participants agree to follow discipline, decorum, and organizational guidelines.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for minors’ attendance, behavior, and safety outside official program hours.

  • Certificates (where applicable) are issued subject to attendance and completion requirements.


4. Health & Safety

  • Participants must inform Navbharat of any medical conditions before joining yoga or physical activities.

  • Navbharat is not liable for injuries arising from failure to disclose medical conditions or from negligence on the part of the participant.

  • Members are expected to follow safety instructions provided during events and classes.


5. Fees & Payments

  • Program or training fees must be paid within the specified timeframe.

  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension from classes or activities.

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless a program is canceled by Navbharat.


6. Code of Conduct

All members, volunteers, and participants must:

  • Respect cultural diversity and community harmony

  • Maintain discipline during programs and events

  • Avoid any behavior that disrupts activities or harms the organization’s reputation

  • Treat fellow members, instructors, and volunteers with respect

Navbharat reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of misconduct.


7. Media & Promotion

Navbharat may capture photographs and videos during events for documentation and promotional purposes. Participation implies consent unless written objection is provided in advance.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, program materials, and branding of Navbharat are the intellectual property of the organization. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

Navbharat shall not be held responsible for:

  • Personal loss or damage of belongings during events

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as event cancellations due to force majeure

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation


10. Amendments

Navbharat reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be communicated through official channels.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
